The timeclock is installed and have found it to be quite
beneficial. Payroll time has been reduced probably by about 50%.
Also I am not losing time with staff now – the extra five or ten
minutes being taken on my time has now stopped and I have a true
account of peoples’ times. It has been quite a noticeable
difference. There is nothing I do or don’t like the least with
the time clock – it is a great tool to have in my business. In
terms of feedback I have found you to be helpful, delivery was

We are now getting correct and true times our employees work. Employees used to forget to fill in their timesheets (especially if they left early!) and fill them in days later, this would sometimes produce incorrect hours worked as they would sometimes not remember the actual time they started or finished.
Pay slips can now be generated on time, no more chasing up employees to fill in their timesheets.
It is great that I can access all the clocking information from my desk, no need to go to the CS Time Clock console to get the information- just log into the web interface.
Especially love the Browse Clocking option. It is so convenient to be able to search all fields for specific key words and filter the information.

The CS Timeclock has been very helpful.
It has been a huge timesaver as we no longer need to calculate hours manually. It also has been a money saver, our employees now get paid for what they work not for what they incorrectly wrote on their timesheets.
There has been no complaints from the guys using the CS Timeclock, it has been very easy to use.
The guys are happy not having to fill in their timesheets, the tags work really well. No paperwork involved.
Payroll is now so simple, we don't have to worry about calculating hours, it's all automatically done which is great. Once the CS Timeclock was up and running it was very easy to pick up. I like the idea that you can preview on just one screen an employees leave for the year.

CS time clock has assisted us by accurate recording of who worked during the week. Employees may swap shifts with other employees or not be present, due to sick leave etc, and forget to change manual rosters or change the wrong roster.

We use the CS timeclock to monitor attendance for trainees and apprentices. The CS timeclock has enabled us to provide evidence to employers and other clients of the attendance patterns of their employees. Employers have universally provided praise of our initiative in installing the timeclock. It indicates to employers that attending TAFE is an extension of their employment and should be taken with the same level of seriousness.
Apprentices and trainees are more accountable. Prior to having the timeclock apprentices and trainees were occasionally slack with their timekeeping which had an effect on the smooth running of training courses. The CS timeclock has tightened up their attendance patterns.

CS time clock has saved time for Payroll and Management, especially since payroll is processed at a different location to where the time clock is. As it
is used in a retail shop, it has also allowed us more accurately determine if staff are working too long or if too many people are rostered on at the same time, which has saved us money.
CS time clock has enabled us to accurately track employees' start and finish times. We were having many problems with employees not writing their times down.
The Feature I like the most is being able to login to the time clock via its web interface to download the times.

The CS time clock was very easily setup on our network. We were impressed with the speed and ease of setup and were able to get the solution up and running in less than 2 hours. The CS time clock has assisted us in keeping accurate record of employees logging on and logging off times and it has saved a lot of time when it comes to logging on with the easy tags all they have to do is scan the tag that is hooked onto their key rings.

The CS time clock has assisted our business in different ways. One of them being that we don't need to worry about remembering when workers come in late, have extended luchches or leave early and then wanting to make it back up.

Having three remote businesses that are manged from a Head Office we are finding the CS time clock a great tool to manage wages. Not only can we see who is clocked In/Out but our General Managers know we are monitoring and it is causing them to watch their wages very closely.
With our old system it was too easy for employees who did not clock In/Out to have the General Manager make an adjustment on-site. We now require the employee to email Head Office if they have forgotten to clock In/Out. It is amazing how the employees have taken to the clock as we have hardly had any employee forget since implementing the CS time clock whereas prior we had multiple no clocks in/outs per day.
